Our own adaption has led to more data-driven advice and greater efficiencies when carrying out certain services.
At the same time, we know emerging AI relies heavily on often unvetted sources and can be prone to inaccuracies – rendering human experience and judgement more important that ever.
For our clients, AI is requiring a heightened emphasis on “controlling the narrative” and monitoring how their prior issues are discussed across news, blogs, online forums and social media channels.
With customers, counterparties, investors and reporters increasing relying on AI for quick information, it is essential to be proactive on the front-end when it comes to ensuring published information about your firm and its priorities are (i.) accurate, (ii.) reiterated and (iii.) validated by respected third-parties across platforms.
We position our clients to use the right AI, establish best-in-class use processes, and ensure they have multi-channel communications strategies for this new environment.
Organizations need both internal processes for AI usage and external processes for ensuring they are properly represented on the likes of ChatGPT, Claude and others. This is why we have established a distinct Artificial Intelligence Optimization (“AIO”) optimization offering.
