She focuses on advising senior leaders, founders and boards of directors of investment managers, financial institutions and public companies. She develops public and private engagement strategies for contested and friendly transactions, activism and corporate governance matters, litigation scenarios and other material events, often in matters shaped by complex policy and regulatory dynamics.

Casie brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients through periods of heightened scrutiny, transformation and change. Her work spans complex transactions, crises and other sensitive situations requiring senior-level judgment and discretion.
