Leah Dudley provides advice to clients on matters relating to crises, litigation, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, take-private deals, shareholder disputes and other special situations. Leah has significant experience working with corporates on international matters, as well as advising private ultra-HNWIs and public sector organisations, with her litigation and investigations work including large commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, and public inquiries.

Across her career in communications, Leah has worked in both agencies and in-house, previously holding positions at FTI Consulting, A&O Shearman and DRD Partnership. Leah has a Law degree from the University of Cambridge, and holds the Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
